Which skin types are NUE products suitable for?

All NUE products are developed in partnership with dermatologists and chemists. They are formulated and suitable for all skin types :) Full ingredient lists are available on each product page and for any concerns, we recommend conducting a patch test or sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare provider before usage.

Are NUE products safe to use?

NUE Conceal carries the finest medical-grade permanent makeup products on the market. These products are FDA compliant and CE certified, therefore made to deliver exceptional results. Our dedicated staff is made up of aesthetic experts and can provide you with recommendations geared toward your personal needs. We provide OEM for those who long to obtain their own product line.

Are NUE Conceal products vegan or cruelty free?

Yes. All NUE products are vegan, cruelty-free.

Are all NUE products fragrance free?

Yes, all NUE Conceal products are available without fragrance.

Are NUE Conceal products preganancy safe?

Though nothing in our formula has been identified as unsafe for pregnant or breastfeeding persons, we recommend sharing our ingredient list with your providers for review before usage.

Will NUE products give me an allergic reaction?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will not have an allergic reaction as all our products are produced in an environment where cross-contamination is possible, albeit unlikely. Our products don’t contain gluten or nut oils nor butters in our products. If you have concerns about allergies please refer to the ingredient lists in the product descriptions, discuss with your doctor, and always perform a patch test on hidden skin first.

How do I store your products?

We recommend storing our products in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.

What do NUE Academy courses include?

Each NUE course is created, owned and managed by NUE or by the instructor(s). The foundation of each NUE course are its lectures, which can include videos, slides, and text. In addition, instructors can add resources and various types of practice activities, as a way to enhance the learning experience of students.

How do I take a NUE course?

NUE courses are entirely on-demand and they can be accessed from several different devices and platforms, including a desktop, laptop, and our mobile app. After you enroll in a course, you can access it by clicking on the course link you will receive in your confirmation email (provided you’re logged into your NUE account). You can also begin the course by logging in and navigating to your My Academy page.

Do I have to start my NUE course at a certain time? And how long do I have to complete it?

There are no deadlines to begin or complete a course.

How can I pay for a course?

NUE supports several different payment methods, depending on your account country and location.

What if I don’t like a course I purchased?

We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses purchased on NUE Academy can be refunded within 30 days. If you are unhappy with a course, you can request a refund, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy.

How to submit a refund?

When will I receive my refund?

Refund requests are submitted immediately to your payment processor or financial institution after NUE Academy has received and processed your request. It may take 5 to 10 business days or longer to post the funds in your account, depending on your financial institution or location.If you requested a refund within 24 hours of purchasing the course, however, it may be processed as a purchase reversal.

Reasons why refunds are denied.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:
- A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded by a student before the refund was requested.
- Multiple refunds have been requested by a student for the same course.
- Excessive refunds have been requested by a student.
- Users who have their account reported, banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms or Trust & Safety Guidelines.
- We do not grant refunds for any subscription services unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds for subscription plans.

NUE's subscriptions plans do not offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, and no refunds or partial refunds are available unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you’re enrolled in a subscription via the free trial, you can cancel the free trial at any time, without being charged. Depending on where you're located, you may be entitled to a refund. We determine your location based on the country associated with your account.

Credit only refunds.

In cases where a transaction is not eligible for a cash refund, the refund will be granted using NUE credits, provided it otherwise meets our 30-day refund policy.

What is a Camouflage tattoo?

Camouflage tattoo is the process of tattooing skin discoloration using a skin tone ink or pigment to match the healthier part of the skin. 

Who can undergo Camouflage Tattoo?

People with skin discoloration caused by stretch marks, light scars, hypopigmentation, and on case to case basis, vitiligo. 

What is Nue Conceal?

Nue Conceal is the most innovative brand for Camouflage tattooing. We've incorporated the art of camouflage tattoos, the science of color theory, and the technology of color matching the skin. 

How does Nue Conceal work? 

We have a patented device that reads a person's skin tone. The numerical reading of the color space will then be submitted to the app via calibration; the app then gives accurate pigment suggestions. This process reduces the time spent in color matching to up to 30 seconds and ensures a seamless camouflage result while minimizing human error. 

How long doe the treatment last? 

Nue Conceal is semi-permanent, which could last anywhere between 1.5 to 5 years depending on the person's skin rejuvenation and activities. as the human skin color changes over time. As we age, our body produces less melanin, the protein responsible for human color. This causes our skin to get lighter as we age. Hence, making the treatment less permanent will minimize the risk of uneven color and discoloration. 

What happens to the pigment over time?

As it is semi-permanent, if done properly, the pigments will simply fade away, in which case, a retouch will be required. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Your order may take longer to ship if we're experiencing high order volume. You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created.On average, orders are delivered 5-7 business days after fulfillment. We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.

How much is shipping?

Standard Shipping, available for most domestic locations (5-7 business days after fulfillment) is $60. Priority Shipping is available for Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO for $100. You may experience longer delivery times if you're shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO.
For worlwide shipping it varies upon regions.

What is your return policy?

All our products are non refundable, nor exchangeable.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact our team immediately at inquiries@nueconceal.com with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed. We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.

What are your payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Diners and AMEX cards through out websites checkout service. We also accept express checkout with G Pay, Apple Pay, Alipay, Union Pay, WeChat Pay. Klarna, Affirm and Afterpay are our Buy Now, Pay Later financing options. We also provide bank transfer.

What payment security do you use?

We use the Stripe Gateway which is fast and secure.

How are taxes calculated?

You will be charged relevant taxes at checkout and these will be displayed on your receipt that will be emailed to you post-purchase. This email receipt will be sent to the email address entered during the checkout process.

My transaction was declined but my card was charged?!

If there were multiple attempts to pay for your order. You may see this as a pending charge or authorization hold on your billing statement, but as the transaction was not completed it will not be charged to your card. The bank often sets aside the funds in anticipation of a successful charge. However, as the transaction was declined no funds have been transferred to NUE.

Do my billing and shipping addresses need to be the same?

Your billing address and shipping address do not need to match. However, for security reasons, billing and shipping addresses are required to be in the same country.

What currency do you charge in?

The currency and pricing of your order are determined by the country from which you visit us and cannot be changed.

Why have you charged me more than the total?

We only charge the amount calculated during checkout and displayed on your invoice after shipping costs. However, if you are using a prepaid card, there may be temporary holds or fees associated with card usage. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the card you are using for further details. If you are not using a prepaid card and believe you have been overcharged, please do contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
