From student

Success starts with skill. Skill is built on two things: the right technique and the right products. We teach you the technique, and we put world class products in your hands, so what you deliver to your client is the best result the work allows.

Every result below was produced by one of our artists within ninety days of finishing their training. Not by Bianca. By people who were exactly where you are now, a few months ago.

Why we had to formulate our own

We did not apply for a patent to have something to put on a website. We applied because we could not use a regular pigment.

Scar tissue is not normal skin. The collagen in it was laid down fast and disorganised, the tissue is denser and less elastic than the skin around it, and it carries a poorer blood supply. Stretched and hypopigmented skin each behave differently again. Pigment engineered for healthy dermis was never designed for any of it, which is why so much camouflage work migrates, greys out, or simply refuses to hold.

So we formulated a pigment that does not only add colour. Alongside the colourants it carries skin conditioning actives, chosen for the state of the tissue it is going into rather than for the skin we wish our clients had. That is what the application covers, and it is what you will be working with from your first model.

Medical advisors

Bridging the art
and the science.

Paramedical tattooing sits between two worlds. It is an art, performed by artists, on skin that has already been injured. Most of this industry teaches the art and leaves the rest to guesswork. Nue Conceal is the only paramedical academy with dermatologists on its advisory board, and our goal is to close the gap between the art of paramedical tattooing and the science of skin regeneration.

Reviewed before you

Every protocol · every product

Nothing reaches a student until it has been through clinical review. That includes what is in the bottle.

Why a medical board matters in this work

You are not working on healthy skin. A tattoo artist works into intact tissue that behaves predictably. You will work into scar tissue, stretched tissue, vitiligo and hypopigmentation, on skin that has already been injured once and healed badly. It absorbs differently, heals differently, and it can react. Technique alone does not prepare you for that.

Most of the industry learned artist to artist. A technique gets passed down, slightly changed each time, and nobody in the chain has clinical training. That is how myths take hold and how clients get hurt.

What clinical review means for you, in practice:

  • You learn contraindications properly, so you know which skin conditions, medications and healing stages make a client unsuitable before you touch them
  • You learn to recognise an adverse reaction and exactly what to do about it
  • You learn when to refuse work and refer a client to a doctor, which protects your client and your business
  • Your products were reviewed by clinicians, not only by a marketing team
  • When a client's own doctor asks what you do, you can describe a protocol with medical review behind it
The door opener

Speak the language
doctors trust.

One of the fastest ways to build a paramedical practice is to partner with doctors. A clinic sends you clients who already trust the person referring them. They arrive pre-sold, they rarely negotiate, and they come steadily instead of one viral post at a time.

But you cannot walk into a clinic with a brochure and a before and after grid. Doctors do not buy marketing claims. They buy evidence, and the only evidence their profession recognises is peer review: research examined by independent scientists and published in a medical journal.

That is the wall almost every paramedical artist hits. They have the skill, they have the results, and they have nothing a clinician will accept as proof.

You will not have that problem.

Peer reviewed

Nue Regen

Nue Regen is, to our knowledge, the only stretch mark revision serum in the world with peer reviewed research published in a medical journal.

Published in
European Journal of Medical Research

Peer review means independent scientists with no stake in the outcome examined the work before a journal would print it. It is slow, it is expensive, and it is the reason a doctor will read it when they would bin a brochure.

🔒 Released on graduation

The publication is released to graduates only. Once you complete your training you receive the copy to use in your own clinic partnerships. You walk in and hand a doctor something their own profession produced, instead of asking them to take your word for it.

That single document has opened more clinic doors for our artists than any amount of advertising, and it is not something your competitors can print off.

Internationally

Trusted where beauty
is hardest to impress.

Japan · 8 clinicsTaiwanMalaysiaIndonesiaSingaporeThailandPhilippines

Nue Conceal is used in doctors' clinics across seven Asian markets, including eight skin clinics in Japan.

That matters more than the count. Asia Pacific is the largest beauty market on earth, accounting for more than a third of global value, and it is where standards get set rather than followed. The skincare the rest of the world adopts tends to start here. Consumers are better informed and far more demanding about what goes into their skin, and clinics are correspondingly harder to get into.

Japan in particular does not adopt a brand casually. The approval process is slow, the standards are unforgiving, and eight clinics saying yes is a stronger endorsement than any testimonial we could print.

What this means for you

You are not building your practice on a local brand nobody has vetted. You are using a product that artists and doctors across the most demanding beauty markets in the world have already put their own names behind.

And you can tell your clients exactly that. When someone asks what you are putting in their skin, the answer is a brand trusted by clinics in seven countries, not one you found on a supplier site.

Bianca Festejo

Founder of Nue Conceal

Nue Conceal was not built from a business plan. It was built from losing everything and paying attention to what was left.

Bianca teaches the business side of this training because she has run it at both ends: six salons and fifty staff, then a hundred thousand dollars in debt, then eight figures. Very little of what she tells you about building a practice is theory.

2015

Into the beauty industry

Bianca left a corporate career and opened her first salon.

2016

Permanent makeup, then camouflage

She trained in permanent makeup and then in camouflage tattooing, becoming the first to bring stretch mark camouflage to the Philippines and one of the first to practise it anywhere in Asia.

2020

Six salons. Fifty employees.

A six-location group across the Philippines, fifty people on payroll, and a camouflage practice running alongside it.

Then the lockdowns

Everything gone. A hundred thousand in debt.

The salons closed and did not reopen. Fifty jobs, six locations, five years of work, and a six-figure debt on the other side of it. This is the part most trainers leave out of their story. It is the part that made the rest of this possible.

The signal

One thing kept selling

With everything else shut, clients kept booking camouflage. Not blowouts, not brows. Camouflage. When people had almost no discretionary money left, this was still the thing they would spend it on, which told Bianca more about the demand for this work than any market research could.

The pivot

YouTube, and the inbox that followed

She started posting camouflage videos on YouTube with no plan beyond sharing the work. The enquiries came in from around the world, from artists asking to be taught. That was the business, and she moved toward it.

The problem

Being another trainer was not enough

To be worth choosing she had to offer something nobody else could. So she asked what actually stops artists succeeding in camouflage, and the answer was not hand movement or depth. It was skin tone matching. Every artist was mixing by eye, and every artist was getting it wrong often enough to lose clients over it.

The invention

If it works on paint, why not on skin

In the middle of researching it she came across the Pantone colour analyzer. Pantone is the global colour standard used by designers, printers and paint manufacturers, and their handheld device scans any physical surface and returns the exact colour code to reproduce it. A decorator holds it against a wall and walks out with the formula.

If it can be done with paint, why can it not be done with skin? That question became the Nue Conceal skin tone analyzer: a patented device that reads a client's exact skin tone and returns the pigment recommendation to mix. The single hardest skill in camouflage, solved with an instrument instead of ten years of guesswork.

Now

From a hundred thousand in debt to eight figures

Nue Conceal is in eight clinics in Japan, launched in Taiwan on national news, and trains artists across the world. The business curriculum in your training is not borrowed from a marketing course. It is the system Bianca used to climb out, taught by the person who ran it.

What she has built since
01

The patented skin tone analyzer

You will still learn to match by eye, three different ways, because you should never depend on a device you might lose. But you will not be guessing on your first paying client.

02

The serum range

Nue Regen for inkless stretch mark revision, a scar revision serum, and the hair growth serum. Inkless revision gives you something to sell to clients who are not ready for pigment, and a preparation step for those who are.

03

A pigment built for damaged skin

Conventional ink is engineered for healthy dermis. On scar tissue it is the most common reason camouflage work migrates, greys out or refuses to retain. Bianca formulated one with skin conditioning actives alongside the colourants, for compromised skin from the start. Patent pending.

04

Studying cosmetic chemistry

Cosmetic chemistry is the science of how a formula is designed, tested and kept stable. Most trainers teach pigment as rules to memorise: use this shade on this skin. Bianca is studying the chemistry underneath those rules, so she can teach you why a pigment behaves as it does in scar tissue and why some shades shift warm as they heal. Understand the why and you can solve a case you have never seen before, instead of calling your trainer.

05

Flown in to treat, not to teach

After a feature in Forbes India, one of India's most recognisable public figures flew Bianca to the country in first class to treat his scars and stretch marks. People at that level can hire anyone on earth.

06

Speaker and educator

A master's degree in Development Communication from the University of the Philippines and election to the Gamma Sigma Delta honour society. She speaks at international conferences and has mentored at universities. Teaching is a separate skill from doing, and she trained in both.

Hands-on heavy
training.

Hands-on experience is what we prioritise above everything else in this training, and it is the reason the room is capped at eight.

Theory is on the online course, and you will have finished it before you arrive. The days we spend together are for your hands. Everything about how we run the room, how many we let in, how the schedule bends, how hard we chase models, exists to get you more repetitions on real skin than you would get anywhere else.

Every student practises on five different cases
HypopigmentationVitiligoStretch marksLight scarsDark scars

Five cases, because these are the five you will actually be asked for once you open your books, and each one behaves differently under the needle. A dark scar does not take pigment the way a stretch mark does. Vitiligo is not hypopigmentation. You will have worked on all of them before you leave.

Most of our trainings run with twenty to thirty models, and that is what we aim for every single time. We cannot guarantee it, because models are real people and some cancel the night before, so we will never print a number as a promise. What we do promise is that we source and provide every model, so finding them is never your problem; that camouflage takes first priority, because it is the technique that needs the most repetitions before it feels natural in your hands; and that we keep chasing models right up to the day until the schedule is as full as we can make it.

You should leave this room confident, not hopeful. That only happens with real skin under your hands, over and over.

At Nue Conceal
  • Maximum 8 students in the room
  • We source and provide every model
  • Five different case types, every student

How the days actually run

Days start at 10am. Plan for a full day and keep your evenings free. Most run to around 7pm, but some finish earlier.

Eight is our maximum, not our target. Plenty of intakes run with four or five students, which means more time with Bianca on your own work and often an earlier finish. Other days run long because the models booked in have more area to cover, and nobody gets rushed off a piece of work to hit a clock.

We follow a set program and every part of the curriculum gets covered. The order can move, because it follows the models. If the scar model is only free on Tuesday, we teach scar revision on Tuesday. What does not change is that you leave having covered all of it.

Inside the training

Three disciplines.

Camouflage tattooing, inkless revision, and hair growth. Most academies teach one. We teach all three, because a practice built on a single service is a fragile business.

Discipline one

Camouflage tattooing

The device, and why it is not the point

Our patented colour matching reader makes matching dramatically easier. You hold it against the client's skin and it returns the pigment recommendation.

But technology should assist an artist. It should never replace one. An artist who can only work with a device in their hand is not an artist, they are an operator, and the first time the battery dies or a case falls outside the reading they are stuck in front of a paying client.

So you will learn to colour match with the reader and without it. By the time you leave, the device is something that saves you time, not something you depend on.

4:3
Colour matching, swatches and mixing
4:3

Colour theory, taught so it actually lands

Colour theory has a reputation for being rocket science, and that reputation stops a lot of talented artists from ever properly learning it. Usually it is not the subject that is the problem. It is how it gets taught.

We teach it in plain language, from the ground up, assuming no background in it whatsoever. No jargon for the sake of jargon, no chart handed over with a shrug. You will not leave with rules you memorised. You will leave understanding why a correction works, which is the only thing that helps when a case walks in that nobody prepared you for.

Almost nobody fails at camouflage because their hand movement was wrong. They fail because the colour was wrong, and a flawless technique in the wrong shade is a visible patch the client will hate more than the mark you were covering.

A full day on this alone

Pigment science, three perspectives deep

Elsewhere, pigment science is a separate course. There are pigmentology classes all over the world, and most are taught from one point of view: the artist's. That is not enough, because a pigment has to answer to three different people.

The scientist asks

How do these particles behave, with each other and under the skin?

The artist asks

How do I give this client the most seamless result?

The client asks

Will I still love this in a few years, or will it discolour?

The third question is the one that decides whether you have a business. A result that looks perfect on the day and turns in two years produces a refund request, a review, and a client who tells everyone. You can only answer it honestly if you understand the first question, and that is the level most training never reaches.

It is why Bianca has spent the past year studying cosmetic chemistry. We have chemists and doctors formulating our products, so she did not need to. But she did not want to stand in front of a room teaching pigment on the strength of what she had been told. She wanted to understand it herself, well enough to explain it simply. That is a different standard of teaching, and it is what you get in this room.

A full day of the in-person training is given to colour theory and pigment science, and how pigments actually interact. Not an afternoon. Not a handout.

Discipline two

Inkless revision

Your training includes inkless stretch mark revision and inkless scar revision, using our medical grade serums. It gives you something to offer clients who are not ready for pigment, and a preparation step for those who are.

The regulation problem, and how we solved it

Not every artist is permitted to perform inkless treatments. In some states and countries, a PMU artist is not allowed to offer them at all, and that rule has quietly locked a lot of artists out of a service their clients are asking for.

So we developed hybrid pigment. It combines our serum with our pigment in a single treatment, so you can deliver a comparable result while working with pigment rather than a standalone inkless procedure. Where inkless is restricted for you, hybrid is the route that keeps you inside the rules that apply where you practise.

You will be taught both. Which one you use depends on where you work, and we will help you work out which applies to you before you enrol.

Please note. Rules on inkless treatments differ by state and by country and they change. We will tell you what we know about your jurisdiction, but confirming what you are licensed to perform where you practise is ultimately yours to do. We would rather say that plainly than let you assume.

Discipline three

Hair growth

Hair treatment in progress
Scalp analyzer in use
Brow treatment
Hair growth result

Hair and brow growth is taught as its own program, built on the Nue hair growth serum, and it is the most natural service to add alongside camouflage work.

Camouflage is largely a one-off treatment with occasional touch-ups. Hair growth runs on a schedule, which means the same client returns on a cycle instead of once. For most artists that is the difference between hunting for new clients every month and having a book that partly fills itself.

Take the one-day workshop for the treatment and the protocol, or the three-day advanced program co-taught with a certified trichologist if you want to assess scalps properly rather than simply treat them.

About these figures

Every artist above is real, named, and reporting their own numbers. What they earn is not a forecast of what you will. The ones who reach $10,000 to $25,000 a month are the ones who did the work. They posted, they followed the marketing system, they showed up to coaching, and they kept going even when there were challenges.

Our mission is to make you our next success story. But at the end of the day, we cannot want it more than you do. We give you the technique, the tools, the accreditation and the business system. What we cannot do is the work itself.

We cannot post for you. We cannot shoot your content, message and follow up your leads, or take the consultation. That part is yours, and it is the part that decides the number.

Show up and do the work. That part is yours, and we will be beside you for all of it.

After you leave the room

The training ends.
We don't.

The hardest part of this career is not your first tattoo. It is the first year. So the support is built in three stages, and the last one has no end date.

Stage one

One month with Bianca

Weekly 1:1 · the sprint

A full month of weekly private calls with Bianca, on the business itself. How to get booked. How to price the work. How to talk to a client so they say yes, and how to keep them coming back. This is the sprint, and you get the most contact in the month where it changes the most.

Stage two

Three months with your Success Manager

Set up · coaching · marketing

Your Success Manager handles the set up: getting your business, your systems and your socials properly built, then three months of 1:1 coaching and hands-on marketing support. Reviewing what worked, fixing what did not, and keeping you accountable through the quarter where most new artists quietly stop posting.

Stage three

Lifetime supervision

No end date

For as long as you practise, we are here. Bring us a case you have never seen, a colour that healed wrong, a client you are not sure you should take. You keep community access and you keep our team. That is not a twelve month window. It is for as long as you are doing this work.

Questions

Ask us the hard ones.

Do I need to be a tattoo artist already?
No. Level 1 assumes no tattooing background, and many graduates came from nursing, aesthetics or an unrelated career. If you already tattoo, expect to unlearn some habits. Camouflage depth and hand movement are not the same.
Does CPD let me practise where I live?
No, and we would rather say so here than after you pay. CPD is an independent quality assessment of the training. Your legal right to practise is governed by your own state or country. Tell us where you are and we will tell you what we know.
Am I locked into your pigments?
The technique is taught around our pigment system and the reader returns Nue formulas, so most graduates continue with our products. We will give you the ongoing product costs on your call so you can price for it from day one.
How many models will I work on?
Every student practises on five different cases: hypopigmentation, vitiligo, stretch marks, light scars and dark scars. Most of our trainings run with twenty to thirty models across the group, and that is what we aim for every time. We will not print it as a guarantee, because models are real people and some cancel the night before. We source and provide every model, camouflage is prioritised because it needs the most repetitions, and if someone cancels we are hunting a replacement that morning.
What time do the days start and finish?
Days begin at 10am. Plan for a full day and keep your evenings free. Most run to around 7pm, though a smaller intake or a lighter model schedule can finish earlier. We will not rush anyone off a piece of work to hit a clock, so treat the finish time as approximate when you book travel.
Do you always follow the same schedule?
We follow a set program and every part of the curriculum is covered. The running order can shift, because it follows the models. If a scar model is only available on the Tuesday, we teach scar revision on the Tuesday. You will cover everything, just not always in the printed order.
Can I speak to a graduate first?
Yes. Ask on your call and we will connect you with someone who trained in a market like yours. We will not only show you our best case.
Why does it cost more than other courses?
Because the kit, models and meals are inside the fee, the class is capped at eight, and a month of weekly 1:1 sprint calls with Bianca plus three months with a Success Manager sit on top. Compare total cost of ownership, not the headline.

Then we close
